Join a dynamic, entrepreneurial and successful company in a hands-on, high impact role. In this central role in a small Marketing team, you will support the Head of Marketing in shaping marketing plans and driving execution from the ground up!

The team collaborates closely, spending 4 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Calendar: Support the Head of Marketing to drive execution of impactful product launches and promo campaigns
• Trade Marketing & POS: Work closely with retail partners to create in-store activations, execution, promotions, and POS
• PR & Influencer Marketing: Build relationships with media, bloggers, and creators
• Social Media & Digital: Create novel, engaging messaging across channels
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Track performance and optimise marketing efforts
• Budget Management: Maximise ROI to ensure every marketing pound delivers impact

Candidate Requirements:

• Success in Brand Management/Marketing within fragrance, beauty, or FMCG
• Experience working with UK retailers and e-commerce. Hands-on experience with Boots and Superdrug is a strong advantage
• Strong commercial acumen and a drive to maximise ROI
