HR or Human Resources Managers recruit, train & motivate the workforce, they are responsible for the welfare of the staff and also deal with redundancies and terminating employment. For this Beauty job, you are generally expected to have ideally a degree in HR or Psychology.
BOOKKEEPER | £25,000 – £60,000
Assistant / Junior / Senior / Manager / Director
A Bookkeeper manages the financial ins and outs within a business, recording all entries and making sure a healthy cash flow is maintained. They look at cost of goods for the cosmetic products and ensures all products are financially viable. Candidates for this job in the Beauty and Cosmetic industry are generally required to have 15 GCSEs minimum, ideally A Levels, and a Technical or Business degree.
ACCOUNTANT | £25,000 – £200,000
Senior / Manager / Director
An Accountant manages the financial responsibility of a business, plans, strategises and helps the business build growth. They work with all departments, the MD or CEO to help them plan, budget and manage their budgets and actual expenses, for the manufacturing and supply of cosmetic and beauty products, they help with overall financially related business decisions to ensure the business is profitable. Candidates are generally expected to have 16 GCSEs minimum, ideally A Levels, and a Technical or Business degree for this Cosmetics and Beauty role.
MANAGING DIRECTOR | £60,000 – £500,000 SENIOR
Manager / Director
An MD or Managing Director takes full responsibility for all areas of the business. They ensure all areas of the business are working efficiently and drive the business forward, looking at current, short and long term plans to deliver success for all their cosmetic product areas. Candidates for a managing director in the Beauty and Cosmetic industry are usually expected to have 17 GCSEs minimum, ideally A Levels, and a Technical or Business degree.
