Join the growing R&D team in a specialist beauty Consultancy that specialises in formulating personal care products. Develop bespoke formulations for innovative brands, working with clients from concept to production in a modern laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop novel cosmetic formulations from concept through to manufacture
• Scale up formulations from laboratory to production
• Work directly with clients to deliver production-ready formulations, communicating complex technical information clearly
• Conduct office-based research and hands-on laboratory formulation work
• Meet suppliers and attend industry seminars and exhibitions
• Stay current with market trends and regulatory requirements  

Candidate Requirements:

• Several years’ experience in a similar role in the cosmetics industry
• A strong scientific education, ideally a Master’s in Chemistry
• A solid understanding of cosmetic regulations and the UK market
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
