Key Responsibilities

• Strategic buying and range planning to support business objectives and growth
• Leverage market insights to identify trends and align product offerings
• Cultivate supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms for quality products
• Cross-functional collaboration for strategic integration and commercial efficiency
• Financial management, budget oversight, and margin improvement strategies
• Inventory optimisation, stock management, and delivery investment planning
• Team leadership, professional development, and goal alignment
• Pricing, promotion, and regulatory compliance management

Candidate Requirements

• Significant cosmetics buying experience, with specific expertise in Korean skincare
• Strong analytical skills, turning market insights into smart buying decisions
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a dynamic environment
• English proficiency is essential; Korean language skills are a strong advantage

This is a hybrid role, based 3 days per week in the busy London office, and 2 days at home.
