In this role you will build on the company’s previous success in this category by leading a team to create and define the next set of fundamental understanding that will develop capability. This will encompass delivery of the hair science and research program and contributing to category strategy plans. With extensive leadership experience, you will provide technical leadership to a specialist team, identifying and developing their talent to motivate high quality results.

The perfect candidate for this role will have significant experience in hair or personal care product development. You must have experience with global working in complex R&D organisations, and success in collaborative translational research programs.

It’s essential to have a qualification in a related science or engineering field.
