Joining a global leader in personal care ingredients, you will develop cutting-edge formulation prototypes for biopolymers and actives while providing technical expertise to customers worldwide.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative personal care formulations showcasing sustainable biopolymers and actives
• Design and execute laboratory tests to validate ingredient performance and stability
• Work closely across teams to identify market opportunities and launch new products
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships through technical presentations and support
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges and provide expert solutions for client applications
• Represent the company at industry conferences, tradeshows and technical meetings
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and laboratory protocols  

Candidate Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in chemical, materials or engineering discipline plus significant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of formulation chemistry and polymer science. Synthetic polymer experience is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
