Using your impressive market knowledge and data analysis skills, you will manage supplier relationships and proactively execute the company’s sourcing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company sourcing principles and processes for purchasing products
• Build and manage productive long-term partnerships with suppliers
• Manage all administrative activities related to your products
• Negotiate all aspects of commercial terms and agreements with suppliers
• Drive efficiencies through continuous cost optimisation
• Research and prepare sourcing business cases
• Work closely with internal teams and suppliers on sustainability initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in purchasing, business admin, retail management or a related field
• Demonstrable success within procurement or account management, ideally within cosmetics or a related industry
• An affinity with cosmetics or cosmetic packaging
• Excellent management, business partnering and communication skills
• Fluent verbal and written English; Dutch is a plus
