We are looking for a talented strategic visionary who is a true beauty fanatic and has the drive to go all the way to the top. Joining a leading personal care manufacturer, you will drive sales and commercial development for their private label whilst delivering a first-class customer service to key retail accounts and clients.
This is a true leadership position, as the successful candidate will take on full P&L responsibility. Your priority will be to deliver the financial objectives through optimizing business function and building a team that you can guide to success.
A razor-sharp mind with a proven track record of delivering success, the ideal candidate will likely currently be working for a major industry player managing a portfolio of successful brands.
Working closely with the internal teams to develop the long-term strategy, identifying areas for profitable growth. You’re a tough negotiator to ensure you achieve ambitious sales, margin and profit targets.
You will be able to enjoy a hybrid working style of a split home/office week with this role.
