Reporting to the Head of New Product Development, and working closely with the Senior Project Coordinator, your role is pivotal in ensuring product compliance and delivery of the company’s NPD pipeline.

Key responsibilities:

• Compliance Management: handle all compliance matters, alongside the Head of NPD, to ensure products meet all regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain efficient flow of information with internal teams, including brand and export, as well as manufacturers and external agencies.
• Regulatory Documentation: Maintain and organise regulatory folders, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
• Proofreading Support: Assist in copy and artwork proofing, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Project Management: Juggle multiple projects simultaneously in our fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and staying focused.

The role is hybrid, with 2 days each week in the South West London office.
