This is a fantastic opportunity to flex your creativity and design skills with a dynamic, fast-growing company, elevating their social media presence on TikTok and beyond! Working closely with your Marketing colleagues, you will use your photography and videography skills to handle in-house content creation from initial planning to post-production.

The team collaborates closely, spending 4 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, on-brand social media content, including videos, graphics, and captions
• Edit videos and images to enhance quality, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Stay updated on trends, viral content, and platform updates to maximise reach
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and optimising content across social channels
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop fresh, creative content ideas
• Track data and performance metrics, proactively suggesting improvements

Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstrable content creation skills for a beauty, fragrance or FMCG brand
• Able to juggle projects, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality
• Success in trend spotting, briefing creatives, and pushing boundaries in content
• Strong commercial acumen and a drive to maximise ROI
