Key responsibilities

• Manage internal and external document lifecycle ensuring completeness and compliance
• Organize and maintain document filings in physical and digital formats
• Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of sensitive documentation and information logs
• Generate reports tracking document progress and status
• Oversee product information management including packaging, ingredients, shelf life data
• Develop templates and coordinate global marketing registration document workflow
• Conduct quality assurance for new production batches and reformulations
• Assist with product mock-up development and sample coordination

This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in production or document control within the beauty industry. An understanding of product registration processes is an advantage.
