This opportunity is ideal for an experienced formulation scientist with a passion for creating innovative, consumer-focused products and a background in personal care, home care, skincare or haircare formulation.

Joining the R&D team at this dynamic organisation, you will utilise your cosmetic formulation experience, as well as your strong understanding of consumer trends and desires, raw material and packaging innovation to generate ideas for new products.

This is a unique opportunity to work with new product concepts in the early, experimental stages through to delivery of finished products. You will generate and execute your own work plans that will support the development and formulation of new products.

Using both your degree in a relevant science subject and experience of personal care formulations, you will strengthen the product portfolio and drive innovation.

We are looking for a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills.
A great communicator with a can-do mindset, you will collaborate proactively and cross-functionally as part of a wider team in addition to your independent work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will serve you well in this role, as you build relationships with the talented team around you.
