Fragrance Evaluator | East Sussex | £35-45,000

Are you experienced in fragrance evaluation using olfactory methods?
  
Is the world of fragrance your work and your passion?
  
In this busy role within the evaluation team of a fast growing, dynamic fragrance company, you will work closely with Perfumers and the Sales team to design winning fragrances.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple complex creative fragrance projects, ensuring alignment to customer requirements
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Perfumers and Marketing to identify new fragrance trends and market opportunities
• Work with Technical teams to develop innovative new fragrances and fragranced products
• Build strong relationships with customers, working closely on technical, creative, marketing and fragrance enquiries
• Coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional development
• Ensure all fragrance project deadlines and key milestones are successfully met

The successful candidate will be a skilled multi-tasker with a problem-solving approach to their work. Excellent olfactory skills are essential, and knowledge of Formpak is an advantage.
