A highly successful ingredients manufacturer is seeking an innovative General Manager to join their team in central Portugal. Working alongside the CEO, the General Manager will optimise business operations across three European factories, identifying improvements and opportunities for growth.
You will structure and establish new Marketing and R&D departments to deliver company goals, while implementing your own initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you need a strong technical or scientific background, ideally in cosmetic ingredients, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals, and significant international experience. You are eager to apply your technical knowledge in new ways to help drive expansion.
Senior management experience is preferred, but not essential if you have the right leadership skills and strategic vision. You must be fluent in English; Portuguese is not required.
