We are seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded General Manager to lead the continued global expansion of an internationally renowned skincare brand.

You will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team to maximise sales and profitability through strategic planning, process improvement, and developing a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive rapid international growth
• Recruit, lead and motivate a team to exceed sales, profit and market share targets
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure teams accomplish goals on time
• Maintain budgets and allocate resources to optimise productivity
• Seek out new business opportunities and partnerships to expand brand reach
• Ensure organisational effectiveness by improving processes and systems
• Promote a culture of excellence, innovation and accountability

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven success in a senior management role, ideally in a Founder-led business
• Beauty brand experience, ideally skincare   
• Degree level education in business, sales or marketing
• Excellent leadership, collaboration and communication abilities
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills, including internationally
• Understanding of marketing, operations, finance and regulatory landscapes
• Agile, positive and adept at leading in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
