We have an exciting opportunity with a vibrant cosmetic brand, based in Italy with global ambitions. Leading and developing the Cosmetics Division of a large, multinational business, this role will suit an impressive authority in the industry who can shape strategy, motivate the team and accelerate growth.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Prioritise sales and profitability, fostering a commercial mindset in all areas of the business
• Develop commercial strategy, targeting markets by priority and identifying routes to entry for each
• Leverage first-hand knowledge of global distributors, and understanding of the complexities of selling into stores worldwide
• Optimise procurement processes by identifying and selecting global suppliers, maintaining the brand’s commitment to product quality
• Drive product development processes and innovation
• Ensure effective inventory management and overstock solutions are implemented

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Business, Business Admin, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in sales capability and strategy development
• Experience building and driving a commercially-focused team
• Demonstratable experience in private equity deals
• Extensive international retail or cosmetic industry experience
• Strong awareness of industry structure, including brand USPs and financial performances
