Are you a Demand Planner who can lead strategy but also roll up your sleeves for daily tasks?
Do you communicate efficiently and influence people at all levels?
Bring your analytical and organisational skills to a global beauty brand. In this fast-paced role, you will ensure the demand management process runs smoothly, and supports the business in setting fully-informed financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple levels and time horizons
- Analyse forecast variances, reconcile data, and refine forecast models continuously
- Lead strategic and operational planning processes utilising forecasts
- Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy
- Monitor and assess new product launches against forecasts, providing insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on demand planning data and assumptions
- Provide input on inventory strategies for existing, new, and phased-out products
- Report on channel-level KPIs and analyse demand drivers regularly
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, or related field
- Demonstrable success in demand planning, driving process improvements and change management
- ERP experience with Microsoft NAV, AGR, SAP is an advantage
- Strong business acumen with the vision to boost productivity and profit
This is a hybrid role, based 2 days each week in the central London office.
