Based in London but with a global outlook, this black-owned company creates protective, natural-textured hair extensions for women with afro-textured hair. You will be joining a fast-paced and highly goal-oriented team, so you’ll need to match their energy!
The successful candidate will be someone who understands the power of hair to uplift women. Your top priority will be to support the building of the brand identity, drawing on diverse inspirations to help create a brand identity that is young, unorthodox, and cool. A true digital native, your awareness of trends will take the brand to the next level of communication and market awareness.
You will shoot, edit, and deliver graphic-led creative content that will make the brand stand out across multiple social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. This role has plenty of scope for you to bring original ideas to the table, from pitching content ideas to designing mood-boards to contributing ideas that will become the next campaign.
You must have the ability to track and evaluate the success of your work using content performance metrics, and to then improve and optimise. The successful candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and have a good knowledge of video graphic styles, techniques, and equipment.
