As Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of the P&L, lead all trade and consumer marketing, collaborating with external agencies and inspiring your department.
You must be an expert at driving traffic and sales to 3rd party omnichannel retail, delivering creative content and digital marketing to get consumers to visit our global retailers e commerce sites and high street stores to purchase our products.
You will create the global marketing calendar maximising brand visibility and image whilst planning for product launches, promotions and managing budget allocation.
Your extensive experience and knowledge of the beauty world will be vital in producing first class trade, retailer, and consumer marketing campaigns.
You must have a grasp on current trends and competitors and be able to build engaging multi media communication, PR strategies, SEO campaigns, visual merchandising and promotional events to influence customer behaviour within each global market.
You will build relationships with our external agencies and develop the strategy to get the very best ROI in each market, using analytics and metrics to grow engagement and drive revenue.
With plenty of creativity in this small entrepreneurial team, you will work closely with the founder to deliver the brand story and vision.
