Head of Technical & Regulatory Permanent

Do you have the right formula of experience to support the delivery of new cosmetic products from concept to shelf? 

Are you experienced in New Product Development and Cosmetic Regulations?

As Head of Technical & Regulatory, you will be responsible for managing a team, providing day-to-day regulatory guidance, and supporting the NPD team in the development and launch of compliant products.

Following the latest global trends in raw materials, formulation and manufacturing, and using your technical expertise, you will assist in the development of new products in line with the company’s strategy and legal requirements.

You will be the technical point of contact for regulatory and claims support, involved with the development of new technologies that can be incorporated into the company’s long-term innovation and sustainability plans.

Using your initiative and fine communication skills, you will work collaboratively with cross functional departments, internally and externally. Liaising with agencies to develop a global regulatory and compliance strategy for the business and advising the NPD team and manufacturers in the selection of active ingredients and new formulas.

It is essential to have a proven track record in formulation and /or product development and regulatory affairs.

A degree in cosmetics science or related subject is a must have for this role.
