We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Category or Account Manager with an industry-leading beauty and healthcare manufacturing company.

This is a newly-created role, designed to ensure delivery of sales strategies and targets across the company’s Healthcare sector.
  
Key responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards and levels and of customer interaction and visibility
• Management of Key Accounts’ business plans, performance results and opportunities
• Own the 3-year strategic business plan, using it to define and develop category sales strategy
• Provide leadership, motivation and support to a small team of cross-category Account Managers
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide service excellence and successfully on-board new business
• Lead and manage Value Engineering Projects for improved efficiencies
• Monitor, manage and proactively address supply chain and business risk
• Negotiate and oversee commercial contracts against KPIs

  
To succeed in this role, you need experience in the healthcare sector, and a thorough understanding of pharma manufacturing. Flexible and results-driven, you are a skilled multitasker who remains calm under pressure.
  
Initially office-based in Lancashire, there will be flexibility to work remotely for part of the week once you have settled in.
