Influencer Marketing Executive | Hertfordshire | £27-30,000 DOE

Do you have the skills and personality to drive influencer and ambassador relations?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital or Influencer Marketing professional with beauty, fragrance, or personal care experience. with as they gear up for accelerated growth.
In this central role in the new Marketing team for a leading fragrance and beauty distributor, you will extend brand reach and increase social noise in the UK market. With your finger on the pulse of all things social, your insights and ideas will lead to new collaborations and campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit and manage influencer relationships across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
- Develop and run the company’s Ambassador program
- Manage creation and commissioning of compelling, on brand content
- Manage events, VIP gifting and seeding programmes
- Manage the Influencer Marketing Budget
- Identify and report on new trends, platforms and KOLs, monitor competitor activities
In this hybrid role, you will work in the office 3 days each week.
