Internal Account Manager – Home Care | Home based | £40-45,000
Are you commercially savvy, with hands-on experience in the Home Care category?
Can you identify business opportunities that will drive the business forward?
As Account Manager with this leading raw materials distributor, you will drive growth and success in the Home Care and I&I division, focusing on the UK and Ireland. Using your account management skills, you expand the customer base while developing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, nurture and grow the Home Care customer portfolio and prospects
- Provide excellent service and support to customers, handling enquiries and spotting opportunities
- Identify, approach and acquire new customers
- Develop a thorough technical knowledge of the company’s product portfolio
- Manage commercial product campaign and initiatives
- Monitor performance and adjust plans to ensure KPIs are achieved
- Provide effective digital lead management
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry or similar, with a technical or commercial background in UK and Ireland
- Skilled communicator and constructive team member, confident engaging with all levels of management
- Organised and self-motivated, committed to overcoming obstacles to achieve targets
This is a home based role, with occasional travel to visit customers, work with the team or attend industry events.
