Are you a skilled communicator and educator, with a passion for skin or hair care?
  
Do you build positive and productive relationships with colleagues and customers?
  
As Lead Educator for a rapidly-growing professional beauty company, you will shape education strategy while representing the brand in person and on social media. You will lead and support the team of educators, providing training and information on the company’s innovative products.
  
This role is fully remote, with regular travel to Glasgow.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training plans and materials for salon professionals
• Deliver high-quality training sessions to the company’s educators and salon partners
• Participate in social media content creation as brand ambassador
• Lead educational strategy development and implementation across the business
• Support product launches through targeted educational campaigns and workshops  

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in educator role within skincare or haircare, ideally both
• Deep understanding of salon teams, challenges and opportunities
• Confident presenting to groups and appearing on camera
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse professional audiences
