This is a key role with an international creator and distributor of exclusive fragrance and lifestyle products. As Logistics Supervisor, it is your responsibility to ensure that all Customers receive their orders in a timely fashion, and queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.

With your up-to-date knowledge of legislation, procedures, and registration processes for shipping to markets around the world, you will ensure the smooth running of all logistics processes. You will use your excellent communication skills to keep internal and external parties updated.

Working closely with the Sales and Finance teams, you will oversee the management of goods and orders through all stages. You will manage two 3rd party logistics warehouses, handling freight forwarders’ portfolio and rate negotiations.

With your can-do attitude, you continuously seek to maintain and improve the company’s internal logistical procedures.

A commercial eye and strong numerical skills are vital for demand planning, and the accurate movement and management of stock. Knowledge of French and familiarity with SAGE 50 will be useful but are not essential.
