Have you experience as a National or Key Account Manager within the beauty, pharma or FMCG market selling into the top UK grocers and high street retailers?
Can you build long-term business relationships whilst keeping a close eye on the numbers?
With your tenacious personality you will deliver budgeted sales and profit growth, whilst developing operational and strategic joint business plans with your customers.
You will develop the long-term strategy, identifying areas for profitable growth. You’re a tough negotiator to ensure you achieve ambitious sales, margin and profit targets.
You will take ownership of the P&L from retail sell out to sell in, whilst achieving and exceeding your targets per retailer.
Commercial knowledge of the UK market is essential for this role.
As an experienced NAM working with the top cosmetic retailers both instore and online, you know what consumers are looking for and what your competitors are doing. This knowledge will be vital in accurately forecasting volume, sales and investment with a clear focus on base business and managing growth.
