Joining this well-established bath & body brand at their stunning offices overlooking the Thames in Berkshire, you will work to drive seamless sales growth in this critical and challenging area.
In this role you will take on total responsibility for delivering the sales budget and profit targets through significant grocer and discounter key accounts and sales channels. Using your initiative and creativity, you will develop and implement an effective channel-by-channel sales plan, with a clear vision and both long and short-term targets. You will work transparently, building routes for discussion with accounts at all levels and feeding back all information and analysis of sales.
We are looking for a self-assured risk-taker, with the ability to scope out opportunities for new listings and space agreements to increase the brand’s visibility in the UK market. Your positive energy will empower you to build robust relationships with customers and to capitalise on the opportunities they will present.
