- Ensuring regulatory and technical compliance for all new product launches
- Coordinating safety assessments, testing, and documentation
- Updating product information files and compliance notifications
- Conducting market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities
- Providing administrative support to streamline development processes
Candidate Requirements:
- Understanding of the beauty industry’s NPD processes and regulations
- Analytical skills to anticipate and provide solutions
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Motivated to learn and contribute ideas
