Join the passionate, focused team in an entrepreneurial business and drive beauty product NPD. In this varied role, you will ensure delivery of current projects while helping to shape future plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new product ideas and proposals, providing a rolling pipeline of NPD
- Manage external suppliers, troubleshooting issues and keeping projects on track
- Oversee development of packaging design and artwork, providing input to retail and merchandising solutions
- Manage the full product lifecycle, monitoring SKU performance and optimising portfolio
- Partner with cross-company colleagues to champion product growth and improve performance
- Work with PR, social, and marketing teams to engage consumers and grow brand awareness
Candidate Requirements:
- Beauty NPD experience
- Strong project management critical path process skills
- A creative thinker who generates fresh ideas and adapts to challenges
- Excellent collaboration, communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong industry knowledge and meticulous attention to detail
