This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with an outstanding track record in the Operations field to join an expert beauty textiles company with a strong focus on sustainability. In this challenging role you will be central to the business, and as part of the Senior Leadership Team will play an active part in the definition and implementation of the business strategy.

As a key figure in the company, you will take on accountability for all aspects of the operations department. Your priority will be to lead the implementation of a clear business strategy, looking strategically at how you can implement operational improvements that can positively impact the organisation in the long term. Taking ownership of the three primary Operations functions (Supply Chain, Quality and Projects), you will support and nurture your team, maintain a smooth-running supply chain, identify opportunities to negotiate better terms with suppliers and set a sourcing direction that balances commercial requirements with social and environmental priorities.

To succeed in this role, you must have a comprehensive understanding of the operations function and multiple years of experience in the field to back this up. You must have the vision and commercial acumen to lead improvements in the operations department and the ability to motivate change in others. As an excellent communicator, you will be able to build strong and reliable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
