Bring your talents to a leader in contract manufacturing services for the personal care industry and join a friendly team in a sunny climate. As Packaging Development Manager, you will push for continuous quality and cost improvements, and drive delivery of novel packaging solutions.
  
Professional experience and supplier contacts across the personal care industry keeps you one step ahead of packaging trends, technologies, and innovations.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor the Packaging Team, providing training and support, and fostering creativity
• Build relationships with packaging suppliers to optimize quality, costs, and sustainability
• Drive the packaging development process and approve technical dossiers
• Manage end-to-end product packaging development across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Provide packaging technical support to internal and external customers
• Attend production runs and trials, resolving problems quicky and creatively
• Represent the company at industry events to build relationships and reputation
• Work cross-functionally to meet customer environmental goals through packaging

You will bring strong communication and influencing abilities to this role, plus an academic qualification in a relevant subject, and proven packaging development experience. Knowledge of all packaging formats for liquids and creams is required, with aerosols an advantage.

The company is keen to help relocating staff settle in, and full support will be provided. With English as the business language in this international team, other European languages are not required.
