Bring your packaging expertise and problem-solving skills to a leading global beauty brand. In this fast-paced role, you will lead the development and delivery of NPD/EPD packaging projects.

A strategic, creative thinker, you are comfortable questioning the way things are done and suggesting improvements, explaining your thoughts clearly and diplomatically to ensure consistent high quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative packaging solutions that meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and company goals
• Select appropriate packaging materials, minimising waste and maximising margins
• Work closely with contract manufacturers to maintain packaging standards, guidelines, and quality control measures
• Manage the artwork process, creating briefs, maintaining the artwork library, ensuring brand consistency
• Oversee packaging testing and manage all technical aspects of new or updated packaging tool developments
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination with cross-functional teams throughout the packaging process

The ideal candidate has a record of success in a similar role, in a product manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of European, Asian and US technical regulations is essential, and a technical packaging or related qualification is a plus.

This is a home based role, with 1 day each month in the London office.
