Lead the way on talent strategy during the growth phase for a trailblazing beauty startup. Based in London but with a global outlook, the company is on a mission to revolutionise products and solutions for women of colour and textured hair.

As People & Culture Manager you will manage all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and training. With empathy and care, you’ll build an engaged and empowered culture where every voice is heard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attract top talent through innovative recruitment and onboarding
• Craft People development plans, coaching and building future leaders
• Model professionalism and foster an inclusive, equitable culture
• Empower teams through training, feedback and recognition
• Handle sensitive employee relations issues with care
• Curate competitive compensation and benefits packages
• Ensure legal compliance across people operations

Candidate Requirements:

• HR experience, with several years at manager level
• Recruiting, training, employee relations experience
• Leadership development and retention skills
• Demonstrable success in promoting workplace inclusivity and collaboration
• Startup/retail experience, or HR certification is an advantage, but not essential

In this hybrid role, you will be in the London office 3 days each week.
