This is an exciting opportunity to join a focused, high-energy NPD team with one of the world’s fastest-growing and most influential beauty brands. Working directly with the company Founder, you will create a pipeline of NPD, from concept to market.
Key Responsibilities
- NPD project management and execution across all phases
- Oversee the development and sourcing of products, packaging and associated materials
- Manage supplier relationships, specifications, pricing, and quality assurance processes
- Handle documentation requirements, including technical info and compliance filings
- Coordinate and manage external programs and timelines
- Supervise creative teams, workloads, and marketing deliverables
The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, with a proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and maintain keen attention to detail.
