Quality Manager – Household | Greater London | £50-60,000
Are you a QA or QC professional who understands the manufacturing process from goods in to goods out?
Do you have experience with household, cleaners, air care or home care, including natural ingredients and fragrances?
This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company in their mission to revolutionise the homecare category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create robust quality systems and processes
- Create and maintain raw materials and finished product specifications
- Manage batch sheets, batch records and all quality issues throughout the factory
- Create systems and processes for all manufacturing and filling
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support internal teams to deliver a high-quality product portfolio
Candidate Requirements:
- BSc in a scientific field and QA/QC experience with natural and non-petrochemical ingredients
- Expertise in managing quality systems and documentation, ideally in home or personal care
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Ability to work flexibly and juggle a wide variety of tasks
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
