Step into a company that is famed for disruptive innovation in the beauty industry, in this fast-paced regulatory role. Working closely with internal teams, you will provide regulatory guidance and support in relation to the UK, EU and International markets.   

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with international regulations and guidelines related to cosmetic products, ingredients, labelling, packaging, recycling, and claims
• Provide training, support, and guidance to stakeholders on regulatory issues, including ingredients, testing, packaging, claims, storage, and handling
• Manage product and chemical registrations, and regulatory submissions in relevant markets
• Maintain internal and external databases for product information, safety data, ingredient lists, and claim support documentation
• Implement cosmetovigilance practices, investigate potential issues, and provide technical advice and solutions to maintain brand reputation
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure compliance and accuracy of product copy, promotional materials, and external communications
• Work with R&D to ensure regulatory compliance of new and existing product formulations and support product claims with technical data

The ideal candidate is an impressive regulatory professional with proven experience in cosmetics formulation and ingredients.

An excellent communicator, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, they successfully manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Central London office.
