Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training and education for retail staff across London
• Organise events and activities to drive customer engagement and sales
• Build strong relationships with retail staff to promote brand knowledge and product expertise
• Deliver exceptional customer service, increasing sales and loyalty
• Meet sales targets and suggest plans to help achieve KPIs
• Conduct product demonstrations and makeovers to drive sales conversions
• Reporting, merchandising, problem-solving, and embodying the brand’s values

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within the beauty/cosmetics industry
• An outgoing, energetic people-person who loves traveling around the region
• Top-notch people skills and a real knack for outstanding customer service
• Committed to tracking sales and hitting targets every time
• Genuine passion for the beauty industry, flexible to work weekends and busy shopping periods
