Sales Coordinator UK & EMEA | London | £28-35,000

Bring your communication, passion and organisation skills to a fast-paced role with a global beauty brand. Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day sales support and processes, you will work to provide excellent service to the company’s customers across the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customer accounts, handling enquiries and updates
- Manage sales reports, order entry, and shipment coordination
- Prepare and communicate pricing and other information for accounts
- Assist with analysis, presentations, and driving sales efforts
- Coordinate new product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Support office administration, events, and other operational tasks
Experience in a similar role, working with beauty, cosmetic or fragrance brands selling in UK or global retail is essential. Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft or other sales related software is a strong advantage.
This is an office or hybrid role, with at least 2 days each week in the central London office.
