We are looking for a strategic Sales leader to drive UK growth for a future-focused and customer-obsessed haircare brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand multi-channel distribution, from budgets to execution
- Develop growth strategies for key accounts and new business
- Lead salon account management and new opening outreach
- Oversee freelance field education team
- Create forecasts, track KPIs, analyse performance
- Direct launches and promotions for brand visibility
- Build highly collaborative relationships across the organisation
