Sales Manager – Healthcare | Lancashire, hybrid | £50-55,000 + car allowance

We are looking for an enthusiastic, commercially-driven Sales Manager to maximise the growth potential of key accounts in the Healthcare division of an innovative contract manufacturing business.
This is a varied role ideal for a flexible team builder. You will be responsible for a team of Account Managers, guiding them to deliver on sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow existing strategic customer accounts and drive new business
- Lead, motivate and mentor a team of Account Managers
- Conduct research to identify and vet prospective new accounts
- Represent the company externally to build partnerships with customers
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales revenue targets
- Analyse financial performance of managed accounts
- Create strategic sales plans for your product category
- Communicate regularly with customers and internal stakeholders
- Develop processes and training to support account management
Candidate Requirements:
- Commercially focused B2B Sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation aptitude
- Strategic thinking combined with an inquisitive approach
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
This hybrid role is based 2 days a week in the company’s Lancashire offices, and 3 days at home.
