Sales Manager – Personal Care | Lancashire, hybrid | £50-55,000 + car allowance

We are looking for an enthusiastic, commercially-driven Sales Manager to maximise the growth potential of key accounts in the Beauty division of an innovative contract manufacturing business. 

This is a varied role ideal for a flexible team builder. You will be responsible for a team of Account Managers, guiding them to deliver on sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow existing strategic customer accounts and drive new business
• Lead, motivate and mentor a team of Account Managers
• Conduct research to identify and vet prospective new accounts
• Represent the company externally to build partnerships with customers
• Negotiate and close deals to meet sales revenue targets
• Analyse financial performance of managed accounts
• Create strategic sales plans for your product category
• Communicate regularly with customers and internal stakeholders
• Develop processes and training to support account management

Candidate Requirements: 

• Commercially focused B2B Sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation aptitude
• Strategic thinking combined with an inquisitive approach
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

This hybrid role is based 2 days a week in the company’s Lancashire offices, and 3 days at home.
