Sales Support Specialist Permanent

Are you self-motivated and enthusiastic with great attention to detail?

Do you like analysing global markets and trends and helping the whole process run smoothly?

Using your previous international administration, sales, supply chain or logistics experience in the chemical, ingredient or cosmetic science sector you will support international growth of this innovative cosmetic manufacturer.

This is a customer facing CRM role where you will work closely with logistics and head office to resolve customer complaints and queries on a day to day basis.

You are confident at working independently and collaborating virtually. You will monitor sales performance, collating and analysing data and trends for the sales team.

You will manage the entire order process from customer sale to delivery of product. French or German language is desirable to the role.

Previous experience within the personal care industry or a science related degree is essential.
