In this wide-ranging and creative role, you will use your fragrance formulation expertise to translate marketing briefs into prototype solutions, while identifying new technologies and trends within the industry and beyond. Building on these insights, you will bring examples and proposals for potential benefits and applications to the NPD team.
You enjoy working within a team, expressing yourself clearly and confidently with people at all levels. Your excellent project management skills enable you to keep a cool head under pressure.
