As the go-to expert for suppliers and internal teams, the Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will maintain standards, drive compliance and champion the company’s commitment to quality.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global processes and provide direction to sourcing and innovation teams to drive compliance with agreed standards and product performance requirements
• Be the business’s quality ambassador, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while contributing to the company’s quality strategy
• Maintain up-to-date product technical documentation, including functional tests and product information files
• Ensure ongoing product compliance through close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, review of customer feedback, and supplier evaluations
• Keep abreast of relevant developments, share expertise, and translate insights into smart proposals and improved processes within your product category
• Facilitate training to build quality and safety knowledge. Coordinate processes to address acute quality issues and non-conformities

Candidate Requirements:

• Science degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Significant Quality Assurance experience involving cosmetic packaging
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Full, clean driver’s license
• Strong team playing and communication skills
