Guide regulatory strategy for a trailblazing beauty brand, ensuring global compliance including FDA OTC regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory compliance of cosmetic, general, and OTC products across international markets
• Communicate complex information and technical data to various audiences in a simplified manner
• Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements, testing and marketing claims
• Lead the regulatory process for US FDA OTC products
• Represent the company with industry associations to stay ahead of regulatory trends and updates

Candidate Requirements:

• Scientific degree (cosmetic science, chemistry, biology, or related)
• Significant experience in global cosmetic regulations, including FDA
• Proven track record in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving business landscape

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Central London office.
