This is a fabulous opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager to join a leading and innovative distributor of speciality ingredients to the cosmetic and personal care industry. In this role you will primarily identify new sales opportunities, growing the company’s network, whilst also providing technical and regulatory support to your customers.
Using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills you will present the company’s product portfolio and services to new and existing customers. You must be able to interpret a customer’s brief in order to help them select the best ingredients for their needs, giving technical advice where necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will possess a deep understanding of the company’s ingredient portfolio capabilities. It will also be vital to be up to date with the latest trends and competitors in industry. These will allow you to reach full potential when negotiating and closing deals with your clients and in turn meeting company targets.
With a background in formulation or regulatory within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industries, you will oversee all technical documentation and ensure compliance.
