Based at home, you will work one day a week alongside the team in the company’s Cheshire office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across the UK
• Conduct in-depth market research, identifying new business opportunities and tracking the competitive landscape
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial customer analysis to proposal development and contract negotiation
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver optimal customer solutions
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events
• Provide technical product support and develop tailored solution approaches for client needs  

Candidate Requirements

• Scientific background, preferably in cosmetic technologies
• Proven B2B sales experience in personal care ingredients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and analytical capabilities
• Happy to travel nationally
