Joining a rapidly growing brand, you will spearhead their expansion through managing field sales and education teams, nurturing key account relationships, and championing the brand in the professional salon sector.

Thriving on collaboration and communication, the team works in the Manchester office 4 days each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets across the UK territory
• Manage and mentor field sales and education teams to ensure high performance
• Provide excellent support and build strong relationships with key accounts and salon partners
• Develop and implement growth strategies for the UK market, aligning with overall brand objectives
• Proudly represent the brand at industry events and trade shows, networking and building new connections

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales management within professional haircare, with a strong understanding of the professional salon channel in the UK
• Ability to develop relationships with Key Accounts
• Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experienced, effective team leader
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
