We are pleased to publish our annual Salary Survey & Industry Report, capturing views and opinions across the beauty, cosmetics and personal care industry.
Revenue in the Global Beauty and Personal Care market is predicted to reach £496bn in 2024, £13bn from the UK. Online sales will account for 19% globally and 27% in the UK.
Once in the industry, loyalty levels are high. 73% of our respondents have worked in the industry for six years or more.
Flexible working remains divisive. It’s a deciding factor for many considering job offers, just as some companies are reverting to office-based work. Next year’s Report will shed light on this evolving situation.
