Recruitment Executive
After graduating in English Literature, Eilis spent two years in travelling and working in Australia. There, she honed her communication skills in roles such as Campaign Specialist at Public Outreach Australia. This role gave her the opportunity to work with organisations such as Greenpeace and The Black Dog Institute, to raise awareness of their campaigns at local and national levels.
Returning to the UK, Eilis sought out opportunities in the recruitment industry, where she could utilise her experience in helping others in the workplace. Knowing Arthur Edward by reputation, Eilis was impressed by our focus on teamwork and supportive approach to employees’ professional and personal development.
The beauty industry has long fascinated Eilis. She discovered Caroline Hirons’ blog at 16, and became so skincare-obsessed that she took a VTCT Level 2 Facial Course. Her love extends to makeup, and she is determined to one day achieve the perfect winged eyeliner.
